Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) is writing history: It has become the first organization in Switzerland to achieve EMAS certification.The airline demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability and responsible environmental management.

Between 5 and 8 November, an international audience of more than 900 participants were engaged in fruitful exchanges at the EMAS Days, representing more than 30 EU Institutions and international organisations such as the UN, including all EMAS-registered EU Institutions and agencies.

The National Institute of Heart and Vascular Diseases, a.s. (NÚSCH, a.s.) is a state organisation that provides specialized health care, conducts basic & applied clinical research and provides education for students. It was the first and so far, the only healthcare organisation to register for EMAS.

EMAS is playing an increasingly important role in promoting sustainability across the tourism sector, helping businesses to reduce their environmental impact while encouraging greater transparency and innovation.
