EMAS - Success Stories (ITELAZPI) (SSCS)

ITELAZPI is the public company that manages the Basque government’s telecommunications infrastructure network to offer public services to citizens through a series of radio communication centres. The organisation is attached to the Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies of the Basque government’s Department of Public Governance and Self-Government.
